KEEPING OLDER ADULTS DRIVING SAFELY: A RESEARCH SYNTHESIS Keeping Older Adults Driving Safely: A Research Synthesis of Advanced In-Vehicle Technologies: A LongROAD Study. This report synthesizes the knowledge about older drivers and advanced in-vehicle technologies, focusing on three areas: use, perception, and outcomes. PREVALENCE OF SELF-REPORTED AGGRESSIVE DRIVING BEHAVIOR 78% of U.S. drivers reported having engaged in at least one aggressive driving behavior at least once in the past year.
