Now through May 28, AACTE is accepting session proposals for the 74 th Annual Meeting, to be held in New Orleans, LA, March 4-6, 2022. We also invite applications by May 14 from AACTE member faculty to review proposals. The conference theme is “Rethink, Reshape, Reimagine, Revolutionize: Growing the Profession Post Pandemic.. Session proposals should address this theme with a focus on one of PRINCIPAL PREPARATION School Leadership Resources. Several organizations and associations provide resources for research, guidance, and tools that you can use to develop your school leadership course work and ensure programs are effective at meeting the needs of today’s PK-12 learners.PRESIDENT AND CEO

In this introductory video, AACTE members who participated in a five-year study discuss their findings on ways to increase representation of men of color into the teaching profession. EDTPA - AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF COLLEGES FOR TEACHER edTPA is a performance-based, subject-specific assessment and support system used by more than 600 teacher preparation programs in some 40 states to emphasize, measure and support the skills and knowledge that all teachers need from Day 1 in the classroom.
