RUSTIC ITALIAN SPINACH RICOTTA BEEF RAVIOLI FILLING Place the meat mixture in the bowl of a food processor and pulse several times until the meat is the same consistency. In a large bowl add the ricotta and mix it with the eggs, parsley and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add the spinach/meat mixture and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Rub liberally with All Our Way Rub and Seasoning or whatever you prefer. 3. Put in Zip lock bag and keep in fridge overnight. 4. Next day take out of fridge and massage yellow mustard all over the Pork Sirloin Tip Roast. 5. Prepare grill for indirect heat as in Pulled Pork Technique and Recipes. SOUTHERN ITALIAN GRILLED TUNA STEAKS Add the vermouth and bring to a simmer for two minutes. Add all the remaining ingredients except for the parsley and simmer uncovered for 4 minutes. Stir in the parsley and remove from heat. On the grill, sear the tuna steaks over high, direct heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Do not over cook!! TORTILLA PINWHEEL RECIPES Place slices of one of the meats over the cream cheese. Leave some room at the end so that you can roll up the meat and have it stick. Sprinkle the greens over the meat.
