While it can help with sleep and mood, it can result in weight gain, sedation, and dry mouth. A newer antidepressant that made it to the preventive list is venlafaxine, which helps with mood and does not result in weightgain.
MIGRAINE AND DIET
Don’t skip meals, especially if this triggers migraines. Consider eating 5 small meals per day. Eat a carbohydrate with a protein or a good fat to stay full longer. Don’t eat or drink anything that you KNOW triggers your migraine.
