Built in 1907, Ludlow Mill 10 was originally part of the larger Ludlow Mills industrial complex and home to one of the world’s largest producers of jute cloth, rope and twine. Once a powerhouse of manufacturing, the building remained derelict for nearly a decade prior to its rehabilitation andadaptation.

Originally built in the late 1800’s, The Tannery was previously home to the AC Lawrence Leather Company. The property was initially converted to affordable housing in the 1970’s. The recent $49.3M rehabilitation of The Tannery preserves Peabody’s affordable housing stock for a new generation and involves the extensive renovation of 284 units across a series of three mid-rise buildings, THE MERCANTILE ON MAIN In 1939, at 1.1 million square feet of space, Sibley’s was the largest department store between New York and Chicago.
