I feel overwhelmed by work. It dominates my thoughts even when I’m not at the office. I do a great job of leaving work at work and establishing boundaries around my private life I do pretty well, but occasionally feel like I have to work when I don’t want to I struggle and feel like I'm not spending enough time at work and with my family or friends HOW LONG CAN YOU GO WITHOUT YOUR PHONE? I never leave my phone I leave it for an hour or so, but always check it right away when I’m done I occasionally leave it at home for the day and it doesn’t bother me I leave home and run errands without it for a couple of hours HOW DO YOU RESPOND WHEN PEOPLE TRY TO TAKE UP YOUR VALUABLE TIME FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T MATTER TO YOU?
