Governor Doug Ducey appointed Lyndel R. Manson to an eight-year term on the Arizona Board of Regents in November of 2016. She is chair-elect of the board, chair of the Academic Affairs and Educational Attainment Committee and a member of the Research and Health Sciences Committee, and Regents Award Selection Committee.
