FAMILY LAW ACT
Duty to disclose. 5 (1) A party to a family law dispute must provide to the other party full and true information for the purposes of resolving a family law dispute. (2) A person must not use information obtained under this section except as necessary to resolve a familylaw dispute.
PURCHASING COMMISSION ACT Definitions. 1 In this Act: "commission" means the Purchasing Commission continued under this Act; "government" does not include government institutions; "government institution" means an institution under the administration of the government; "public institution" means (a) a municipality, including the City of Vancouver, a regional district and an improvement district, JURY ACT - BCLAWS.CA Definitions 1 In this Act: "court" means the Supreme Court; "sheriff" means a person lawfully holding the office of sheriff or lawfully performing the duties of sheriff by way of delegation, substitution, temporary appointment or otherwise; "sittings" or "sitting" means a sitting of the court for the trial of civil or criminal cases and includes the hearing of a single trial; ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES COMMISSION ACT Section 001 — Definition 1 In this Act, "commission" means the Electoral Boundaries Commission appointed under section 2..
