I use myfitnesspal to track my macros. With macros, most things are tracked in grams so first and foremost, you’ll need a food scale to track. I got mine from amazon. And yes, you’re supposed to weigh EVERYTHING. So here is my little caveat. HOW I TRACK MACROS
I use myfitnesspal to track my macros. With macros, most things are tracked in grams so first and foremost, you’ll need a food scale to track. I got mine from amazon. And yes, you’re supposed to weigh EVERYTHING. So here is my little caveat. I will say, PALEO "BREAD" CRUMBS (GLUTEN-FREE, GRAIN-FREE, LOW CARB) This recipe is paleo and keto friendly while also being Whole30 compliant. It’s a low carb version of bread crumbs made from a perfect blend of seasonings and nuts that will give you that satisfying texture of breaded chicken. This recipe is a combination of cashews, almonds, seasonings and a little almond flour. AIR FRYER FISH STICKS: PALEO & LOW CARB Combine almond flour, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder and spread on a plate. Add crushed pork rinds to another plate and place in an assembly line starting with the almond flour mixture, then the eggs, followed by the pork rinds. Roll fish in the almond flour, dip into the egg wash and then roll into the pork rind crumbs. CHICKEN VERDE CASSEROLE (DAIRY FREE, GLUTEN FREE, WHOLE30) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, mix hash browns with melted ghee, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper and press into the bottom of a 9×11 casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes. While the hash browns are baking, avocado oil to a skillet on medium-high heat and add riced cauliflower. 30 QUICK & EASY MEAL PREP BOWLS: ALL PALEO & WHOLE30!
