EDIBLE BENTONITE CLAY Clay bath: use 1-2 cups of clay per bath. Clay facial: Mix 1 part clay to 2.5 parts of water. eg. add 100g (4 heaped dessertspoons) of clay to 250ml of water. Apply a thin layer of paste to the skin for 10 - 20 min. or longer if preferred. Some may wish to leave it for approximately one hour. There is no set time limit. ORANGE, ALMOND & COCONUT CAKE Keep one cup of the cooking water aside. Bake day: Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) on fan bake, and line the sides and base of a small 19 cm (8 inch) spring form cake tin with baking paper and then sunflower or another neutral oil. APPLE AND PERSIMMON CRUMBLES Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius (356 fahrenheit) on fan bake if baking. Chop fruit roughly in a food processor then pour into ramekins and press down firmly. Blits the crumble ingredients excluding the coconut oil. Add coconut oil and mix again lightly being sure to retain some texture in the crumble.HEALTHY LOLLY CAKE
Roll each coloured mix into three long rolls and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set. Remove the “lollies” from the freezer and slice into 3 cm pieces. Pour the rest of the cake mix onto a piece of reusable baking paper, and evenly place the coloured rolls throughout your cake mixture. BEST EVER BANANA ICE CREAM Instructions. Slice banana and put in a glass/ceramic container in the freezer overnight. In the morning, pull it out and leave on the bench for five minutes to soften slightly (will make things easier on your processor). FIVE SEED SOURDOUGH
Instructions. Sourdough starter: Mix 1c flour with 1 1/2c of warm water in a bowl (or food processor as I do), then leave in a warm place covered with a tea towel overnight. ZUCCHINI & HERB FRITTERS Chop the onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Mix in a bowl with the zucchini, chickpea flour, herbs, salt and water. Pan fry 1/4 c scoops in the remaining coconut oil over a medium heat until the edges start to dry out (around 3 minutes), then flip and cook on the other side. CREAMY CASHEW AIOLI

FIVE SEED SOURDOUGH
Instructions. Sourdough starter: Mix 1c flour with 1 1/2c of warm water in a bowl (or food processor as I do), then leave in a warm place covered with a tea towel overnight. The next day, mix in 1/4 cup of the remaining 4 cups of flour and 1/4 cup of your remaining water, and cover again til the next day. After two days, taste - if the mixis
VELVET BEETROOT LATTE Instructions. Mix all ingredients in a glass jar. To serve, add 1 tbsp of the mix to a mug, 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir to combine, then top up with hot milk. APPLE AND PERSIMMON CRUMBLES Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius (356 fahrenheit) on fan bake if baking. Chop fruit roughly in a food processor then pour into ramekins and press down firmly. Blits the crumble ingredients excluding the coconut oil. Add coconut oil and mix again lightly being sure to retain some texture in the crumble. ZUCCHINI & HERB FRITTERS Chop the onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Mix in a bowl with the zucchini, chickpea flour, herbs, salt and water. Pan fry 1/4 c scoops in the remaining coconut oil over a medium heat until the edges start to dry out (around 3 minutes), then flip and cook on the other side. BEST EVER BANANA ICE CREAM Instructions. Slice banana and put in a glass/ceramic container in the freezer overnight. In the morning, pull it out and leave on the bench for five minutes to soften slightly (will make things easier on your processor).
