It’s a time for joy and last hurrahs and tearful goodbyes and plotting next steps into the future. It’s been quite a year. Athletics: Track & Field Beloit’s All-American Sprinter Aminah Crawford’21 made history this season earning All-America honors after finishing seventh in the 100-meter dash at the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships.. Crawford has had a phenomenal year. She won both the 100 and 200 at the 2021 Midwest Conference North Division Championship. Senior Week is the lead-up to Commencement, and every year it’s one of the most important and enjoyable weeks on Beloit’s campus. It’s a time for joy and last hurrahs and tearful goodbyes and plotting next steps into the future. It’s been quite a year. But our students’ resilience, creativity, humor, and perseverance kept our campus safe. COMMENCEMENT • BELOIT COLLEGE Commencement Weekend. BELOIT FICTION JOURNAL • BELOIT COLLEGE The Beloit Fiction Journal publishes the best in contemporary short fiction. Traditional and experimental narratives find a home in our pages. We publish new writers alongside established writers. As one of the few fiction-only journals in the country, we’re able to feature as many as fifteen new stories per issue. UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE IN HISTORY Stephenie Schwartz Bailey ‘92 never took a museum studies class at Beloit. Her passion was art history, which she has taught to all ages, from preschoolers to undergraduates. However, after years of working at a number of archives and museums—including the National Gallery of Art and the Art Institute of Chicago—Schwartz Bailey finds INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS • INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION • BELOIT International students engage with all aspects of life at Beloit.
