AFFORDABLE HOUSING ON THE BELTLINE // ATLANTA BELTLINE Access to equitable and inclusive housing opportunities is a cornerstone of the Atlanta BeltLine vision. We are committed to providing affordable and sustainable workforce housing that will allow residents of all income levels to share in the benefits and enhanced BOULEVARD CROSSING PARK Five acres of greenspace form the first phase of Boulevard Crossing Park in the Chosewood Park neighborhood, just south of Grant Park and Zoo Atlanta.Once a vacant industrial lot, this greenspace was created with the help of kudzu-eating goats that cleared the site (through partnership with Trees Atlanta!).. Westside Park | Atlanta Beltline. THE WESTSIDE PARK IS NOT YET OPEN. The park is the City of Atlanta’s largest planned greenspace. Located in northwest Atlanta, it will double as a water reservoir and a 280-acre park when complete. Plans for the first section callSOUTHSIDE TRAIL
