QUICK AND EASY PICKLED RADISH {VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE & PALEO Method –. 1 – Add salt into a small jar or bowl. 2 – Add warm water and stir until salt has dissolved. 3 – Add apple cider vinegar and caraway seeds and stir to combine. 4 – Add your sliced radish to your salted water/vinegar (brine) mix. Top up with a DELICIOUSLY SIMPLE, LIFE-CHANGING, ROASTED BABY TOMATOES Method –. 1 – Preheat oven to 175’C (350’F) and line a large baking tray with baking/parchment paper, set aside. 2 – Place your sliced tomatoes into a bowl, (or you can lace them directly on to your baking tray) , drizzle with oil, sprinkle over your seasonings andtoss to coat.
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD {LOW CARB, GRAIN FREE Method –. 1 – Preheat your oven to 160’C (320’F) – line your mini loaf pans with baking/parchment paper and set aside.FYI – Mine were approx 6 x 13 inches each. 2 – Place your mashed bananas into a large bowl and add your eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, water and maple syrup and whisk until well combined. QUICK AND EASY CARROT AND ZUCCHINI FRITTERS {GLUTEN FREE Method –. 1 – Place eggs into a medium size bowl and lightly whisk. 2 – Add coconut flour, salt and pepper whisk again to combine. 3 – Place your grated zucchini and carrot into a clean piece of muslin or dishcloth and twist and squeeze to ring out any excess moisture. 4 – Add your zucchini and carrot to your egg mix and stir to combine. TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS PUDDING {GLUTEN FREE Ah the good ol’ Christmas pud . . . Just between you and me, I had no intention of sharing the recipe for Pudding this year, or ever really?! I’m not sure why it never occurred to me that you guys might be interested in it ,I think it’s kind of like cilantro, you either love it or you hate it and, gathering by the response I got when I shared a sneaky snap of this on Instagram last week PEAR AND BLUEBERRY BREAD In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. JAMIE’S BRITISH BURGERS Method –. 1 – Place mince in a medium bowl and season generously with salt and pepper. 2 – Add mustard along with a dash or worcestershire sauce and using a fork or your hands squish the mixture until well combined. 3 – Divide the mince mix into 4-8 even portions and shape into burger patties. Set aside. JAMIE’S SPRING FRITTATA Method –. 1 – Grate the zucchini and place in a medium size bowl, add the mint leaves (if using) then season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. 2 – Use your hands to squeeze out the excess liquid from the zucchini mix then place in a medium size fry pan over mediumheat.

JAMIE’S BRITISH BURGERS Method –. 1 – Place mince in a medium bowl and season generously with salt and pepper. 2 – Add mustard along with a dash or worcestershire sauce and using a fork or your hands squish the mixture until well combined. 3 – Divide the mince mix into 4-8 even portions and shape into burger patties. Set aside. JAMIE’S SPRING FRITTATA Method –. 1 – Grate the zucchini and place in a medium size bowl, add the mint leaves (if using) then season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. 2 – Use your hands to squeeze out the excess liquid from the zucchini mix then place in a medium size fry pan over mediumheat.
