TRADITIONAL SOUTH AFRICAN BOEREBOONTJIES Method: Start by heating the olive oil in a large frying pan, before adding your onion in to sauté. Once soft, add the garlic to it and fry for another minute. Next, add the beans to the onion and mix well. Keep on the heat until the beans start to stick and add just enough water to cover the base of the pan. Decrease the heat and let itsimmer.

This leads to a full-flavoured combination of minced Grass Fed Beef, with a great kick and flavour! INGREDIENTS. Grass Fed Beef – 200g for every 100g of Droëwors, Herbs and Spices STEERS SEASONING SALT (200ML) Product Description. Steers Seasoning Salt is a winner on potato dishes, but surprisingly this savoury spice also works well on meat by enhancing the flavour. HOW TO MAKE DROËWORS Mince the meat and add spices to the mix. Put it in the fridge for 3 hours so the spices can sink in. Mix again and then mince again this time through 4.5 mm plate on mincer. Our Chilli Garlic Beef Droëwors is made from a fragrant mix of quality herbs and spices before being dusted with our chilli garlic combo. This leads to a full-flavoured combination of minced Grass Fed Beef, with a great kick and flavour! INGREDIENTS. Grass Fed Beef – 200g for every 100g of Droëwors, Herbs and Spices TRADITIONAL SOUTH AFRICAN BOEREBOONTJIES Method: Start by heating the olive oil in a large frying pan, before adding your onion in to sauté. Once soft, add the garlic to it and fry for another minute. Next, add the beans to the onion and mix well. Keep on the heat until the beans start to stick and add just enough water to cover the base of the pan. Decrease the heat and let itsimmer.
THIN ORIGINAL BEEF AND PORK BOEREWORS Product Description. Our Thin Original Beef & Pork Boerewors is a mix of Grass Fed Beef and top quality pork with a delicate balance of herbs and spices. The St. Marcus Fine Foods story actually begins with our Boerewors. It was 1983 when we first opened our doors as a butchery. It was only a matter of time before we started our quest to HOW TO MAKE DROËWORS Mince the meat and add spices to the mix. Put it in the fridge for 3 hours so the spices can sink in. Mix again and then mince again this time through 4.5 mm plate on mincer. Fill the sheep casings with the mixture without letting any air in. Dry the droëwors at HOME MADE PERI-PERI SAUCE Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor/blender and mix until all the ingredients are finely chopped and the mixture is quite saucy. Transfer to a saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring every few minutes to prevent the sauce from burning.
