Commercial landscapers with mixed loads of leaves and woody debris must go to the CSWD Drop-Off Center at 1492 Redmond Road in Williston. The Waste Wood Yard does not accept food scraps. Household food waste can go to the CSWD Drop-Off Center in Burlington at 339 Pine Street, or any other CSWD Drop-Off Center location. Fees and limits apply. INTEGRATED RESOURCE PLAN (IRP) Our Integrated Resource Plan - 2020. Burlington Electric is required to periodically develop a 20-year integrated resource plan. The plan, which is currently under review by the Vermont Public Utilities Commission ("Commission"), represents our decision-making framework to transition Burlington to a "Net Zero Energy" city.
