The test you need depends on your current circumstances. If you have any of the three coronavirus symptoms you can book a PCR test online or by phoning 119. Pavement licences are a temporary process introduced in response to the coronavirus outbreak. The process is in place until 30 September 2021. It was introduced under the Business and Planning Act 2020. We are waiting for government approval to extend the provision of pavement licenses until September 2022. We can issue a £150 fixed penalty notice to anybody caught spoiling the streets by not using a litter bin. You can use our online form to request that we clear litter.
