FAMILY REUNIFICATION Family reunification is a basic right: people who have been awarded a residence permit in Belgium can be reunified with their child (ren) and/or partner who are living abroad. Caritas International and its partner in that area, the CAW Brabantia social service, aim to reunify families as quickly as possible by assisting and advising them in GUARDIANSHIP OF UMRS Guardianship of UMRs : About. Some migrants are more vulnerable that others, such as unaccompanied migrant children. Unaccompanied children are individuals under 18 years of age who are staying in Belgium without their parents. 9 B ased on an in-depth analysis of current events, policies, and debates related to migration and development in Belgium, this report develops knowledge, evidence and analysis to answer WOMEN & SINGLE MOTHERS Single women or mothers with children who apply for asylum in Belgium are usually weak due to the experiences they have had, and they often end up in inappropriate housing. “NIGER IS NOW THE SOUTHERN BORDER OF EUROPE” Migration in Niger takes many forms. For most Nigeriens, it is seasonal, regional, and could be considered as a survival strategy in the face of climate challenges. Niger is also an important country of transit and a hub for migrants.THE STORY OF AWS
Aws left Bagdad, Iraq, after receiving dead threats for organizing heavy metal concerts. In Bagdad, Aws was a graduated software engineer and he worked for a telecom company.
