People who wouldn’t have considered riding a traditional bike are becoming electric bike (ebike) riders. The electric pedal assist boost gives people the ability to flatten hills, travel longer distances or bike while carrying groceries or a child.ADULT CLASSES
Adult classes are geared for participants ages 16 and up. Adult accompaniment is required for students under 18 years old. Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the class start date to receive a refund, minus a $5.00 cancellation fee. Note: A full refund is available if the class is canceled due to lowenrollment.

From free kids’ bike events, Kidical Mass rides, Urban Riders classes for teens or biking for the whole family, we’ve got something for everyone. Our youth programs and classes include riding styles and levels for kids ages 4-15. Throughout the year, we run youth programs in schools and around the community, such as Bike to School Month, Group Health Basics of Bicycling and WASHINGTON’S BEST BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE BIKE TRAILS Cascade has compiled a list of the 28 paved and gravel trails you should ride this summer. Cascade Advanced Training Series (CATS) Cascade Advanced Training Series (CATS) offers training rides to prepare riders for the one-day STP and other big summer rides. CATS rides are for riders that can maintain a 16 to 18 mph speed on flats or faster. CATS rides will begin in late March or early April and ride every weekend until July.
