WHAT DOES CONSIDER MEAN? A CONSIDER status means that your report is complete and contains some information for the company you applied with to evaluate. This information may contain criminal records, Motor Vehicle Report violations that do not meet the hiring company's Motor Vehicle Report criteria, Employment and/or Education verifications that were not an exact match, or other records for review. EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION By default, Employment Verifications will return Clear if no employment history is provided. This can be overridden by a Package setting to require employment history. Work with your Checkr Customer Success Manager to require candidates to submit previous employment information for verification.DISPUTE MY REPORT
Something on my background check report is wrong. What should I do? I filed a dispute. Now what? WHY IS MY REPORT SUSPENDED?
