A Dutch Baby is a popover-like pancake that we love for its taste, but also for the way it looks: a wacky, puffy, surface-of-the-moon-like top that collapses when it comes out of the oven. Instructions. Preheat the broiler in your oven or toaster oven. Spread each piece of toast with 1 tablespoon tomato paste and top with 2 tablespoons cheese. Put the toast on the baking sheet (or on the pan for your toaster oven) and carefully put the baking sheet in the oven. This is a fresh, summery salad: the cucumber is crunchy and the peach is juicy, and they look so pretty together. If you want to make something more like a salsa to scoop up with chips, just cut everything into smaller pieces. Pour the nut butter mixture into the medium bowl and mix with the large spoon until well combined. Dump the mixture into the prepared pan and pat down as hard as you can. A green salad goes great with any kind of meal. Or turn it into the main event by topping it with grilled chicken, canned tuna, or, as Kids Advisory Board member Owen Osborne does, marinated tofu.CHOPCHOPFAMILY.ORG
Put the potato in the pot, fill the pot halfway with water, and put it on the stove. Turn the heat to high and bring the pot to a boil, then lower the heat to medium and simmer until the potato is tender, around 15 minutes.
