MAPLE-SWEETENED BROWNIES Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Butter an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan. In a large heavy pot, melt the butter and chocolate together, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add the maple syrup and vanilla and beat with a whisk or electric mixer. Add the eggs (just crack directly into the pot if using an electric mixer, or lightlybeat in a
RASPBERRY CREAM SCONES Instructions. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, egg yolk and vanilla. Lyn has been growing dry beans for the past 30 years, a time when very few other Vermont farms have been growing food-grade beans.
