The department’s planning and zoning functions are related to the use of land in the city. The planning function is oriented to the development of policies that will result in development and redevelopment patterns that will be the most beneficial to the current and future residents of Cleveland Heights. PARKING | CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH Parking is not allowed on Cleveland Heights streets between 3:00 am and 6:00 am. If you have an overnight visitor, or have just paved or sealed your driveway, and must park in the street, call the Police Department non-emergency number at 216-321-1234.HUMAN RESOURCES
Human Resources. Human Resources handles employment applications, interviews and other procedures, as well as employee files, health and workers’ compensation benefits and employee relations. Staff training sessions on a variety of matters related to city service delivery are organized and conducted by this division. REFUSE | CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH Bulk Pick-Up . Bulk items will be picked up once per month during the first FULL week of each month on your regular trash day. Bulk will be limited to four items per pick-up.
