ONE-SKILLET TUSCAN SHRIMP Directions: Preheat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with kosher salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to the skillet and cook the shrimp about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter. Next, stir in the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.LAMB WELLINGTON
Directions: Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. In a large skillet preheated to medium-high heat add the olive oil, shallot and garlic. Cook for a few minutes and then add in the mushrooms, salt, BAKED CAJUN PARMESAN SALMON Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle the tops with olive oil, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook the salmon fillets for about 5 to 6 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet melt the butter over medium-high heat. SLOW COOKER CUBAN-STYLE PULLED PORK Season the pork roast with salt and pepper. Next, in a medium mixing bowl combine tomato sauce, garlic, molasses, white vinegar, whole grain mustard, oregano, cumin, and pickle relish. Pour the mixture over the pork roast. Set the slow cooker on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours. Once cooked, remover the pork roast and shred withfork.
PIMENTO CHEESE SMASHED POTATOES Drizzle the tops of the potatoes with olive, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 15 minutes and remove from oven. Next, take a dollop of the pimento cheese and place it on top of each potato. Place the baking sheet back into the oven and continue to the potatoes until crispy and the cheese has melted; about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy! EASY PEPPERONI PIZZA WITH HOT HONEY Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Roll the dough out into a 9X13 rectangle. Mental health can be a large topic to cover. It can mean different things to different people.
