Establishing New Service. To arrange water service, apply in person at the City Public Works Facility located at 525 Springridge Road. There is a non-refundable service fee for homeowners of $125.00 to set up water service with the City of Clinton and $175.00 for customers who rent or lease. Customers transfering service from one location toFINE PAYMENT
Payment of Fines. Fines are due IN FULL on the day of sentencing. This will be either the day you plead guilty or the day you may be found guilty. Fines will include the amount assessed by the judge and all applicable state assessments. There is never a fine when you are found not guilty. Any fines not paid after 90 days will be turned over toPAY WATER BILL
A processing fee will be added to your payment to cover the costs of online payments; you will see your full charge amount prior to submitting payment. Establishing New Service. To arrange water service, apply in person at the City Public Works Facility located at 525 Springridge Road. There is a non-refundable service fee for homeowners of $125.00 to set up water service with the City of Clinton and $175.00 for customers who rent or lease. Customers transfering service from one location toFINE PAYMENT
Payment of Fines. Fines are due IN FULL on the day of sentencing. This will be either the day you plead guilty or the day you may be found guilty. Fines will include the amount assessed by the judge and all applicable state assessments. There is never a fine when you are found not guilty. Any fines not paid after 90 days will be turned over toPAY WATER BILL
A processing fee will be added to your payment to cover the costs of online payments; you will see your full charge amount prior to submitting payment. Absentee ballots are available in the Municipal Clerk’s Office for the General Election to be held June 8, 2021. The last day to cast an absentee ballot is June 5, 2021 at 5 P.M. The Municipal Clerk’s Office, 530 Brighton Park Drive, is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00p.m.

Judge Steven Boone serves as Municipal Judge and oversees the day to day operations of the court. Clinton Municipal Court is located at 305 Monroe Street, Clinton, MS 39056. For information, call 601-924-4411. Payments are accpeted online, in-person and at the kiosk in the lobby of the Police Department. GARBAGE COLLECTION BEGINS AT 7 A.M. Garbage Collection Begins at 7 A.M. Due to the additional residential waste being generated during the COVID-19 pandemic and new DOT regulations limiting hours that trucks can run after dark, additional resources have been added to Clinton collection routes each day, to expedite garbage pickup and enhance this service in the City ofClinton.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT The Community Development Department is responsible for the issuance of all construction permits and related inspections and provides professional advice regarding planning, zoning, and community development issues.
