SUPER MARIO PARTY IDEAS {AND FREE PRINTABLES!} This was an easy cake to make that looks super impressive! I used box cake mix in cupcake tins and circular pans, doubled up with a layer of frosting. I DID make the frosting myself (brushes shoulders off), but that was probably the majority of the effort involved. I boughtcolored sugar sheets to create the mouth, teeth, and eye of the cake. HOW TO MAKE BAKED POTATO ROSES FOR AN IMPRESSIVE SIDE DISH 2/3cupolive oil. `2tbsp garlic powder. salt and pepper to taste. Instructions. Thinly slice potatoes and toss in 1/4 cup of olive oil, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Line up slices, slightly overlapped, along a sheet of wax paper and roll into roses. Stuff in oiled muffin tin and bake at 425 for 25-35 min. MOTHER'S DAY CARDS FOR AUNTS So I decided to make Mother’s Day cards to honor my “mothers” who are but aren’t. My aunts were a vital part of my growing years, and I feel I learned so much more for having more than one “mother” figure. The running joke is my Aunt Karin, being first born, is the “princess”. Once you are fully covered, take an 8×10 piece of brown paper, duct tape paper, or vinyl, and wrap around the center of the “handle”. Easy DIY Pom Pom Bookmark. Every month a group of bloggers are challenged by C’mon Get Crafty to create a new craft or project from their own stash of goodies! Everyone is allowed a $10 allowance for necessities to complete their project (i.e. paint brushes, glue, etc), but the bulk of it must be created from their own stash of goodies. INSIDE OUT CHARACTER MASKS How to Create Inside Out Character Masks. While at Target picking up the movie, I also picked up some paper plates. I thought a simple mask craft would be a fun addition to our movie night plans. Now, I did make these masks myself, since our littles are pretty much too little to have helped much. As with most of my crafty attempts, I decided to wing it. You can also feel free to use the squiggly circle vs the round circle, for a more fun sticker design, though you will want a cutting machine to make your life easier for that.; It is important to make sure your base color is a nice rich, dark or bright color, and high contrast to the white. As with most of my crafty attempts, I decided to wing it. This craft is super simple. Now, I did use my Cricut to make mine, but you could easily make this using stickers, wooden pieces, or even cutting out printed images. It has served me well in the past on my various projects like my Monster Spray and our Vacation Wall Art, so naturally it was a no brainer where to get started making my own printable baby book pages!I used J’s baby book to reference some good HOW TO ORGANIZE FONTS {MONTHLY CRAFTY DESTASH} Nexus Font. A quick Google search of font organization led my to Nexus Font, which is a free download that allows you to create folders and collections to organize your fonts. Well, that was easy! Ok, no, that would be too easy. And while I DID download it and it does work nicely, I also work well with visuals. MAKE YOUR OWN MONTHLY BABY STICKERS The overlays will automatically default to black, but you can change them to any color you like. You can also feel free to use the squiggly circle vs the round circle, for a more fun sticker design, though you will want a cutting machine to make your life easier for that.; It is important to make sure your base color is a nice rich, dark or bright color, and high contrast to the white. 5 BOYS SLEEPOVER IDEAS Create a Balloon Obstacle Course. This was such fun to put together! Use the painter’s tape to outline a “track” for the boys to follow, and hang balloons from the ceiling at various points with the ribbon. Throw a few balloons around the floor as well for extra obstacles. You can play this where they need to avoid the balloons,and then

DESIGN DYE - C'MON GET CRAFTY There is a thick sheaf of tissue paper included as well – these are used for the iron on process, but more about that below. The kit also includes a Fabric Prep solution that is used to – shockingly – prep your fabric for the dye transfer. It is supposed to enhance the brightness of the transferred color and aid in the permanence of thetransfer.
SUPER MARIO PARTY IDEAS {AND FREE PRINTABLES!} This was an easy cake to make that looks super impressive! I used box cake mix in cupcake tins and circular pans, doubled up with a layer of frosting.
