Novice Sweeps. Summary: Novice Sweeps is the intermediate step between Intro to Rowing and General Sweeps . Time is spent practicing the skills needed to transition from rowing in the barge to rowing in an 8+. There will be a wide range of progress during the term INCLUSION & ADVOCACY Community Rowing, Inc. offers a broad range of programs for people with disabilities, from recreational and therapeutic to elite competition. CRI is a USOC Gold Level Paralympic Sports Club and the host training site for the US Paralympic PR3 Mixed 4+ crew. Learn to Scull is for boys and girls ages 12-18 years who have not rowed before, or who have participated in a previous session of Learn to Row Sweep but have never sculled (rowing in a single rowing shell with an oar in eachhand).
