FISH BIRYANI

1: soak all the lentils in warm water for 2 hour. 2: slice the onions, ginger, green chilli cut the lemon in 4 and keep aside. 3: grind all the whole spices to a powder and mix it with the powder spices and keep aside (you can use less red chilli powder if u life it mild). 4: heat the 2 cup ghee in a pressure cooker add the chicken and fry so CHILLI CHICKEN BIRYANI 1: in a bowel add chicken with all ingredients under marination, mx well (can leave it for 1 to 2 hours). 2: heat oil and fry the chicken pices on medium flame, till gets crisp and floats on the oil, remove it and place it on paper towel. 3: heat oil add onions, ginger, garlic and fry till gets soft on hgh flame. CHICKEN CHEESE PATTIES Recipe: 1: boil chicken and shred keep aside. 2: melt butter in a pan add onion and cook till gets soft on high flame. 3: add flour, salt, black pepper and cook for 2 minutes. 4: then add milk mix well so that they are no lumps on low flame and cook till gets thick. 5: now add the chicken mix and leave it to cool completely. 6: once cooled add cheese, bell pepper mix well.
