Add the mushrooms and remaining tablespoon of the butter. Raise the heat to medium. Cook, stirring, until the mushrooms release their liquid, about 3 minutes. FIG JAM AND BRIE CROSTINI APPETIZER Instructions. Preheat oven to 400F, with rack in the middle of the oven. Place baguette slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Pour the olive oil into a small bowl and use a pastry brush to dab it on both sides of the baguette slices. Bake 4 minutes and flip slices over; continue baking for another 4 minutes until the slices are DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD Instructions. In large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, sugar, onion, dill seed, 1 teaspoon salt, baking soda and yeast; mix well. In small saucepan, heat water, 1 tablespoon margarine and cottage cheese until very warm (120 to 130°F.). Add warm liquid and egg to flour mixture; blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. AIR FRYER CHICKEN THIGHS WITH BROWN SUGAR AND SPICES Instructions. Mix together the brown sugar and spices and rub them on the top and bottom of the chicken thighs. I usually put half the thighs into a bowl, shake half the spice mix over them and then turn them to coat on all sides. Repeat with the next half. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer according to manufacturer's directionsfor 10

Cover and shake to insure all of the stalks are covered with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes. Preheat grill on high for 5 minutes and grill stalks for 4-6 minutes; flipping once. Add onion and cook until wilted and opaque, about 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and continue to saute until they are golden in color, about 8-10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for one minute. Add the spinach and saute briefly until just wilted. THE BEST FRESH MARGARITA COCKTAIL Combine the lime, lemon and orange juices with the zest from all three with the sugar, and salt in a large liquid measuring cup; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors meld, 4 to 24 hours. When ready to serve, rim the edges of margarita or double old-fashioned glasses with a lime slice and dip in a combination of equal parts THE BEST HOMEMADE REFRIED BEANS WITH BACON Instructions. !To Prepare the Pinto Beans. Put the beans into a colander and rinse the beans 3-4 times until water is clear; removing any particles or bad beans. Put the bacon fat into the pressure cooker and turn on sauté to medium heat. WINTER WHITE COSMOPOLITAN COCKTAIL Ingredients. 1.5 oz Vodka, I used Cranberry Vodka but plain is fine. .75 oz Cointreau. 1 Tbsp St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur. 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice. 1/2 COGNAC BEEF STEW WITH DIJON MUSTARD Repeat with remaining beef. Add Cognac to the empty pan, and cook, stirring, until the bottom is deglazed and the crust comes loose. Add stock, Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard. Whisk to blend, then return meat and onion mixture to pan. Lower heat, cover pan partway, and simmer gently until meat is very tender, about 1 1/2hours.
COLESLAW WITH WARM BACON DRESSING Add onion and saute for 5 minutes. Add chopped garlic and saute until onions are soft but not caramelized, approximately 3 more minutes. Add vinegar, sugar, mustard, chili powder, celery seed, salt and pepper to pan and mix well. Add cabbage, toss well and cook for 5 MEDITERRANEAN VEGETABLE STROGANOFF WITH RICOTTA CHEESE Blend in flour. Stir in cream, soy and bouillon. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add drained veggies, wine and olives. In small bowl, combine sour cream, ricotta and Parmesan. Gradually stir 1 cup hot mixture into cheese and then return to pan. Cook 3 to 4 minutesuntil heated.
