The work needed to be effective at a scale larger than anything we had done before. This approach allows us to support the artists and local art nonprofit and to afford expensive pieces.”. CAMILLE HOLVOET ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Camille Holvoet's artwork is deceptively sweet.Her practice tends to draw on remembrances of life's anxieties and forbidden desires. Holvoet’s process is an endless discovery, in which – through repeatedly drawing in oil pastel her sacred objects: desserts, Ferris wheels, and crossed eyes – the pressures of the past are relieved by the joy of the creative process. EVELYN REYES ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Evelyn Reyes worked at Creativity Explored from 2002 to 2017 and was known for her repeated abstract shapes in oil pastel on paper.Working on one specific shape at a time, her periods of abstract depictions included cakes, garbage cans, and carrots. MICHAEL BERNARD LOGGINS ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Michael Bernard Loggins is primarily a writer and list-maker who often illustrates his texts. Loggins’ writing usually takes the form of notes to friends, issues on his mind (safety, allergies, emotions etc.), or memories. His drawings generally deal with lighter subject matter such as animals, idyllic worlds, and imaginary people. ANTONIO BENJAMIN ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Antonio Benjamin is known for his cheeky nudes that can be read as exploring intersections of race, gender, and identity.. In the studio, Benjamin gravitated toward colored pencil, acrylic, and ink. His workspace required an array of colors for creating his iconic groups of flavored nude people. Choi’s influences come from “Japanese anime, Japanese and American comics, animated TV shows, films by Disney and Warner Brothers” as well as current events and his daily life. He transforms these sources with hisquickly rendered

RACHEL WILLIAMS ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Rachel Williams is a Bay Area native with more than 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley. Her experience spans human resources – recruiting, strategic employee relations and engagement, organizational change, culture & learning development, inclusion programming and implementation. CHRISTINA MARIE FONG ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Known for her bold, graphic drawing style, Christina Marie Fong is influenced by fashion, pop culture, and mass media. Fong’s artistic practice takes up what she calls “personalitythe fabulous.” Whether drawing large versions of dollar bills or building elaborately detailed paper sculptures of designer handbags, Fong’s work is extremely delicate and precise. BE AN ARTIST ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Gerald’s Story. Gerald Wiggins joined Creativity Explored in 2008. He uses pencils, watercolor, clay, and computers to make art. He draws people, animals, and magical creatures. Gerald also likes to draw people he sees in his neighborhood in San Francisco. PILAR OLABARRIA ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED For the last 20 years, Pilar also taught art at Napa State Psychiatric Hospital and Vacaville Correctional Facility. As a volunteer, Pilar has traveled to the Middle East, Africa, and South America doing art projects with children and youth. Pilar has been an instructor at Creativity Explored since 1984. She assumed the position of Service HUNG KEI SHIU ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Hung Kei Shiu is known for his tiny marks that are often a small hatched line segment, miniscule circle, or a short block of color. His unassuming marks accumulate, alter size subtly, and are assembled into stunning abstractions and transformations of specific objects. CAMILLE HOLVOET ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Camille Holvoet's artwork is deceptively sweet.Her practice tends to draw on remembrances of life's anxieties and forbidden desires. Holvoet’s process is an endless discovery, in which – through repeatedly drawing in oil pastel her sacred objects: desserts, Ferris wheels, and crossed eyes – the pressures of the past are relieved by the joy of the creative process. EVELYN REYES ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLOREDEVELYN REYES FACEBOOKEVELYN REYES NPIEVELYN YOUNG FACEBOOKJEANETTE REYES VIRGINIA BEACH Evelyn Reyes worked at Creativity Explored from 2002 to 2017 and was known for her repeated abstract shapes in oil pastel on paper.Working on one specific shape at a time, her periods of abstract depictions included cakes, garbage cans, and carrots. With ritualistic reverence for each aspect of the process, Reyes’ art practice mirrored the repetition and order that were central to her daily MICHAEL KORCEK ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Michael also continues to be deeply involved in the local queer communities and has supported The 14th Street House Project and a host of local queer artistic collaborations and retreats. With years of experience in specialty retail branding, marketing, and merchandising, Michael brings a unique perspective to marketing at CreativityExplored.

MARCUS MCCLURE ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Marcus McClure’s art practice is motivated by the physical act of creation. And, if it were possible, this process would be endless, like the circles he repetitiously depicts. Since joining the Creativity Explored Studio in 2006, McClure has been unstoppable, working swiftly on multiple projects at once and discovering new ways to create interplay between different mediums and colors. ISAAC HANEY-OWENS ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Isaac Haney-Owens doesn’t recall how he initially became interested in photography, but he does remember he’s been taking pictures since early childhood. Haney-Owens used a film camera for his first photographic practices, but has since switched over to a digital format because he enjoys the immediacy of seeing his imagesinstantaneously.
LINDA JOHNSON ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Linda is a passionate believer in developing human potential through the arts. Throughout her career, she has grown organizations where community, creativity, and inclusion intersect. Prior to joining the Creativity Explored team in 2017, she was Program Manager at Center for Community Arts, a gathering place for arts learning at the City of CHRISTINA MARIE FONG ∖ CREATIVITY EXPLORED Known for her bold, graphic drawing style, Christina Marie Fong is influenced by fashion, pop culture, and mass media. Fong’s artistic practice takes up what she calls “personalitythe fabulous.” Whether drawing large versions of dollar bills or building elaborately detailed paper sculptures of designer handbags, Fong’s work is extremely delicate and precise.Hide Unhide
