INDUSTRIAL SITE TO BECOME NEW LONDON NEIGHBORHOOD A former soap and oil works site is being regenerated as a new neighborhood close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in E15 in London. The mixed-use development by Assael Architecture will also incorporate nearly 9,290 square meters (100,000 square feet) of CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON SITE REDEVELOPMENT IN CENTRAL TOKYO Construction has officially started on a Kengo Kuma-designed mixed-use complex near Daikanyama Station in central Tokyo. Tokyu Land’s Daikanyamacho Project is a 10-story building that will include retail, co-working office space, and rental apartments. The 4,084 square meter site fronts onto one of the main boutique-lined streets in DaikanyamaStation.
