REBATES - CITY WATER, LIGHT, AND POWER Installing a new high-efficiency heat pump can save you money and earn you a rebate on your CWLP electric bill. In addition, residential customers who install heat pumps as their primary heating source are eligible for the utility's Electric Heat Rate, which provides a 9% savings over CWLP's regular residential electric rate from September16 through May 15.
