MEXICAN STIR FRY
Add oil to a large skillet, heat to medium. Add chicken to skillet and cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown on sides. Add veggies, chicken broth, and taco seasoning. In large bowl, mix together corn muffin mix, flax seed mixture, and milk until just combined. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. BAILEY'S CHOCOLATE "CRAZY" CAKE for cake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees, prep an 8 x 8″ cake pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Mix in eggs, ¼ cup water, ½ cup oil and ¾ cup Irish cream liqueur. Beat for 5 minutes at high speed. Pour batter into pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cakeVANILLA SMOOTHIE

Combine all dip ingredients in a mixer and then scoop into a casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. If you want some other things to eat this dip with use carrots, celery, tortilla chips, pitacrackers, or Ritz.
