DVRPC updates the Plan every four years to maintain the required 20-year horizon, while using performance-based planning to ensure efficient use of the region's natural resources, public funding, and other assets. Both products are developed through a continuing, comprehensive, and cooperative transportation planning, programming, and decision-making process. The ACS collects information such as age, race, income, commute time to work, home value, veteran status, and other important data. Participating communities work cooperatively with EPA and other partners to increase EQUITY THROUGH ACCESS The Equity Through Access (ETA) project is DVRPC’s update of the region’s Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan (CHSTP).
