DOWNLOAD DATA FROM FIRSTBEAT SPORTS SENSORS At the Download screen, you can download data from the Sensors. To do so, first press the Download button (down arrow) in the left side menu of the Live app to enter the Sensor download screen. Note: Before starting to download, ensure the Sensors you want to download from are within 10 meters of the device. Keep the device within range during FIRSTBEAT UPLOADER PLUGIN INSTALLATION The file will be checked and loaded to your computer. Open the download folder by clicking the blue arrow in the top right corner of the browser window. Double click the Firstbeat Uploader Plugin file. At this point, close Mozilla Firefox. You may see the window that ask if unknown program can use the computer. HOW TO CREATE TRAINING EFFECT AND PHYSICAL WORKLOAD The Physical workload reports can be created either from just the work periods or from the whole measurement day.You can change this setting by going to My account My settings and selecting Settings tab.
