With this in mind and the help of my fellow food bloggers, I have put together a list of 15 healthy school lunch ideas for teens.And not only are they healthy, several of these lunches are healthier versions of meals that teens love, like tacos, pizza, fried rice, Ceasar salad and sushi!MONTEREY CHICKEN

Set aside ¼ of the marinade (and place in separate sealed container in fridge) Cover raw chicken with remaining marinade in a sealed container and place in fridge to marinate overnight (8 hours) Remove chicken from marinade and dispose of used marinade. WEIGHT WATCHERS PIZZA Spray a 14 inch pizza pan with non- stick cooking spray. Stir together yogurt and flour until a thick dough forms. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until it forms a dough ball. Place ball directly onto pizza pan. Begin rolling dough, gradually spreading it evenly across the pan. WHITE CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING Instructions. Add chopped white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave at 50% power for 3 minutes. Heat the whipping cream separately, in another microwave safe bowl (at regular power), for 2-3 minutes or until warm. Remove, combine the warm whipping cream with the melted chocolate and stir well. ASIAN PAN-FRIED SALMON PATTIES Transfer the cooked patties to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Add the remaining 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil to the pan, and cook the rest of the salmon cakes, 5 minutes on each side. Place yogurt into a small bowl. Add mayonnaise, ginger, garlic, REAL FOOD. Melt margarine mix with Oreo baking crumbs, waffle bowls and and peanut butter in the food processor and mix until it clings together. Press the base firmly into a 9X13 pan. Beat together cream cheese, icing sugar, ½ cup peanut butter and vanilla. Beat whipping cream to soft peaks and add 2 tbsp white granulated sugar, then beat to stiffpeaks.
EGG ROLL IN A BOWL
This Egg Roll in a Bowl is a healthy, easy and satisfying Weight Watchers friendly one-pot meal made with ground turkey or ground chicken, veggies, broccoli slaw and green onions. It's 0 (Zero) WW points on blue and only 3 WW points on blue with plum CRANBERRY COSMO MOCKTAIL Pour some sparkling sugar and edible glitter onto a plate. Place the glass upside down, on the plate and turn/spin the glass to coat it with sugar and glitter. Turn glass upright, then add cranberry juice, sparkling water, lime juice and orange extract to glass, dividing ingredients between 2 drinks. EASY CHICKEN QUESADILLAS Reduce to medium- low, cover and cook with lid for a few minutes (3 minutes approximately) then gently flip. * if a little filling falls out, don't worry, just put it back in. BUTTER TART BUNDT CAKE In a medium pot on stove top, add 1 tsp vanilla to ¼ cup and 2 Tblsp whipping cream, heat to medium low, then add 2 Tblsp and 2 tsp butter. In a separate bowl, combine 3 eggs, and 1 ½ cups brown sugar. Add egg mixture to warm cream mixture and simmer on low, then add 1 ½ tsp vinegar and whisk in 2 tsp of cornstarch.WHIPPED SHORTBREAD
