FOOD POLICY CONNECTIONS AND DISCONNECTIONS The screening identified nine important food policy issues where policy is working (or aspiring to work) in a connected way, including Antimicrobial Resistance and Childhood Obesity (see diagram above). This paper presents a comprehensive review of the status of health-related taxes on food and drinks, globally and in the UK. A MAP OF GOVERNMENT Responsibility for food policy within English government involves 16 different departments. On 29 April, 26 participants with expertise in delivering and supporting community based cooking skills projects, attended a workshop organised by the Food Research Collaboration (FRC) at the City, University of London.
