The forest was planted in conjunction with the Kitchener-Conestoga Rotary Club. There is a 4.5 kilometre looped trail with interpretive signs that explain the features of Snyder's Flats. This river access point is maintained by the Township of Centre-Wellington . Golf Course Road, Conestogo ( Priddle Park, Township of Woolwich ) Victoria Street (Kitchener) to Cambridge (Galt) This section passes through the cities of Kitchener and Cambridge(Galt).
STARKEY HILL

Starkey Hill is a 37-hectare property featuring a hiking trail that offers panoramic views of Guelph and surrounding areas. There is a parking lot on Arkell Road (Sideroad 30), southeast of Guelph. TUBING - GRAND RIVER CONSERVATION AUTHORITY Tubing operates daily, when conditions allow, from June 15, 2021 to September 7, 2021. The hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the last equipment rental out at 4 p.m. GRCA-owned equipment must be returned by 7 p.m. on the same day. No walk-up sales of tubing tickets or equipment rentals will be available at the park.LAUREL CREEK
Laurel Creek offers 4.5 kilometres of multi-use trails set in 300 hectares (750 acres) of hardwood and pine forests, for passive use such as hiking, skiing , snowshoeing and birdwatching. Camping. Camp sites: Byng Island has 380 campsites in four main campgrounds, each providing different features: forested, riverfront, serviced and access to the Grand River. This includes 134 serviced sites (electricity and water) and 246 unserviced sites. Some unserviced sites with a riverfront location are charged at a premiumrate.
CONESTOGO LAKE
Conestogo Lake Park is located in the heart of Mennonite Country. It offers visitors the chance to camp, boat, sail, waterski, canoe and fish on a y-shaped reservoir that stretches six kilometres up each arm. The reservoir is created by Conestogo Dam, which has a viewing area providing a unique vista of the river and surrounding forests andfarms.
BELWOOD LAKE
Belwood Lake is a 12-kilometre-long reservoir created by the construction of Shand Dam in 1942. It offers excellent boating, fishing and water-skiing. A spring-fed quarry with a sandy beach is a great place to swim. Visitors can walk across the dam and view the reservoir waters as well as enjoy a vista of the Grand River valleyfar below.
