KETO CHICKEN WITH SAGE BURNT BUTTER AND MUSHROOMS In a large frying pan, saute the mushrooms over medium heat in 2 tbsp olive oil, adding more oil if it looks dry. Set aside once caramelised. Add the remaining olive oil to the pan on medium heat and add the cubed chicken, salt and pepper. Cook until just done and set the chicken aside. Add the butter and continue heating over medium-low heat
KETO SINGAPORE NOODLES Whisk the 2 eggs together in a small bowl. Heat a non-stick frying pan or work over medium high heat and then add some coconut oil. Pour in the egg mixture and swirl the pan around to create a large thin omelette. Allow to set and then roll up and remove from the pan andset aside.
KETO CHEESE SAUCE RECIPE Keto cheese sauce. Making a traditional cheese sauce involves flour and milk, which are both out once on a ketogenic diet. Replacing milk with pure cream (heavy whipping cream) was a pretty straight forward option, but Erika needed to find something to thicken the sauce inplace of the flour.
KETO WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE This keto white chocolate cheesecake is so smooth and creamy, the white chocolate gives them such a delicious texture. Given the flavours of this cheesecake, they are versatile and allow creativity with toppings. These work well with our blueberry sauce that is comingsoon.
KETO BREAKFAST MUFFINS Stir the eggs and sour cream together in a small jug/bowl until combined. In a bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, cheese and salt & pepper. Stir to combine. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until all combined.
