HBCU CAUCUS FOR THE 117TH CONGRESS ANNOUNCED U.S. Senators Chris Coons (D-Del.) and Tim Scott (R-S.C.) and U.S. Representatives Alma Adams (D-N.C.) and French Hill (R-Ark.) announced the return of the Bipartisan Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Caucus for the 117 th Congress. The Caucus was originally founded in 2015; since then, it has grown to over 100Members strong
