Shortly after graduating from Auburn, Randall launched a long and successful career with Hoar Construction, beginning as Project Manager with teams that built large retail centers. Block E is a 10-story, 300,000 square-foot steel framed office building which sits over one level of retail space. There is a 1,150-space cast-in-place parking garage. The building is constructed to achieve LEED certification. To begin the new expansion, we started construction on the parking garage to the north of the new lifestylecenter.
ENCOMPASS HEALTH SOUTH PLAINS The new Encompass Health facility is a 40-patient bed inpatient rehabilitation facility in Lubbock, Texas. In addition to the 40 patient beds, the hospital includes a therapy gym, an exterior therapy courtyard, a kitchen and cafeteria for patients and staff, and other rehabilitation amenities for physical and occupational therapy.
