Hate crimes, including a mass shooting at a synagogue in Pittsburgh and a racial attack at a Kroger grocery store in Kentucky, have shaken our nation. We often feel devastated and helpless when we hear about these tragedies. I know I was shocked that hate-filled actions have yet again become CASE STUDY: REDUCING FOOD WASTE The groundbreaking Save the Food campaign made headlines everywhere, successfully putting food waste on the chopping block. The objective was to 1) raise awareness that food waste is a problem to which individuals contribute, 2) motivate consumers to take easy and actionable steps to reduce the amount of food they throw away, and 3) generate greater public conversation around food waste. However, people with high blood pressure can create a treatment plan with their doctor that can help reduce their risk. Our campaign features survivors of heart attacks and strokes who encourage people with high blood pressure to talk to their BELONGING BEGINS WITH US CAMPAIGN & MEDIA ASSETS Belonging Begins with Us is a new campaign with PSAs that empower viewers to foster a more welcoming nation where everyone - regardless of background - feels they belong. Each of us has the power to welcome others into our communities. CASE STUDY: REDUCING FOOD WASTE The groundbreaking Save the Food campaign made headlines everywhere, successfully putting food waste on the chopping block. The objective was to 1) raise awareness that food waste is a problem to which individuals contribute, 2) motivate consumers to take easy and actionable steps to reduce the amount of food they throw away, and 3) generate greater public conversation around food waste. WELCOME TO THE AD COUNCIL The Ad Council was founded as a national nonprofit in 1942 with the belief that creative marketing can solve complex social issues. We partner with the most innovative advertisers, the best storytellers, and the most powerful platforms to move the country forward.
