AFRICAN HANDCRAFTED TRADITIONAL ZULU WARRIOR SHIELDS African Handcrafted Zulu Shields. Below we have a selection of African Zulu shields crafted by traditional Zulu craftsmen from South Africa out of Nguni cow hide. Nguni is the local cow found in Southern Africa and is known for the variety of patterns and colours that is found on the hide. These Zulu shields have the 3 clubs attached, the spear AFRICAN ANIMAL SKIN PELTS, GAME SKINS African Animal Skins /Pelts - Pg 1. We have a selection of African game skins that have been legally gathered and tanned in leading South African tanneries. We are registered with KZN Wildlife here in South Africa which the local conservation authorities in our area and they check to make sure that the skins we sell are legally obtained and ZULU PEOPLE, TRADITION AND CULTURE The most famous Zulu warrior, Shaka Zulu, who, after the death of his father Senzangakhona, conquered many nations and amalgamated them under his reign, thus creating a huge Zulu nation. The name AmaZulu literally means the people of heaven. Shaka was the third born son of Senzangakhona. When Senzangakhona died in 1816, Shaka took over the AFRICAN HAND CARVED STONE ANIMALS African Stone Carved Animals. Below we have a selection of African hand carved animals carved out of various stones found naturally in Africa.
