It provided a harmonised, inter-agency approach for child protection in humanitarian action (CPHA) actors to develop child protection capacity, measure individual and organisational performance, and help in the recruitment of an adequate TECHNICAL NOTE: CHILD HELPLINES AND THE PROTECTION OF As a response to the COVID-19 crisis, child protection actors and service providers are exploring how they can continue to provide support to children, families and communities remotely through the use of technology. This includes child helplines, which, over the last decade, have become increasingly important in responding to concerns raised by children and young people on a range of CPMS FRONTLINE WORKERS TRAINING PACKAGE This training has been designed as an interactive, particpatory experience that depends upon the thoughts, feelings, beliefs, values and experiecnes of participants to guide the learning about how to effectively implement the Minimum Standard for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action (CPMS) in a given context. CASE MANAGEMENT MINIMUM INDICATORS These Case Management Minimum Indicators were developed for the 2019 Edition of the Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action (CPMS). They provide measurable benchmarks to assess the quality of case management in humanitarian crises. They include notes for implementation, some of which refer to Guidance notes in CPMS Standard 18: Case management. CASE MANAGEMENT QUALITY ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK The prevalent use of case management in humanitarian settings as an approach to respond to the child protection needs of individual children has led to an increased emphasis on the importance of being able to assess the quality of the response and the system in which itoperates.
