OLD HANDWRITING
Not only have our words and their meanings changed throughout the years, the way we form the letters have too. In order to get the most information from the records that are available, we have to decipher these records and put meaning into the symbols we see on the old documents or papers that we find. AN EASY WAY TO CREATE GENEALOGY FAMILY BOOKS THAT YOU CAN In a way, I am hesitant to even say the words "GEDCOM file," because I'm afraid that your eyes may start to glaze over, or that old GEDCOM-phobia may kick in and you will not even want to read further.. This GEDCOM stuff is confusing to many people, yet they are such a powerful, useful, and time-saving "tool" - if you learn how to workwith them.

USE FAMILYSEARCH TO SPEED UP YOUR GENEALOGY RESEARCH Use familysearch to speed up your genealogy research, create your own customized resource notebook using familysearch GENEOLOGY -THE COMMON MISSPELLING OF THE WORD GENEALOGY The common misspelled key word "genology" had 302 searches done over that same two month period. The common misspelled key word "geneaology" had 711 searches done. Here's the amazing part. The MOST commonly misspelled word, "geneology" was searched for 5988 times! That is over half of the times that the correct spelled word genealogywas.
