In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, place the olive oil and the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, whisking constantly so the garlic doesn’t brown. Add the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and stir. Sprinkle in the flour and whisk quickly until it is a thick paste. Let cook and bubble for another 1 CREAMY GARLIC AND DILL PICKLE PIZZA Top each pizza with 1/2 c. garlic pizza sauce, 2 c. shredded mozzarella and half of the dill pickle slices. Sprinkle a generous amount of dill on each, then bake for 5 minutes on the bottom rack. Transfer to the top rack and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes, PAN SEARED SALMON WITH CREAMY SPINACH AND TOMATOES Flip and cook for another 60 seconds. Remove to a plate and set aside. Add butter and deglaze the pan (scrape up brown bits from the salmon, if any). Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant and not burned. Add the cherry tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the tomatoes start to burst. CEDAR PLANK BLACKENED SALMON Instructions. Mix all ingredients for the blackened seasoning and set aside. Start soaking the cedar planks in water for a total of 4 hours. 2 hours into soaking, start prepping the salmon. Run your fingers along the flesh to check and remove any pin bones, then coat the topand sides with oil.
SRIRACHA TARTAR SAUCE Combine the mayonnaise, shallot, parsley, pickles, lemon and sriracha in a small bowl and let refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving, to let the flavors meld. ULTIMATE CREAMSICLE MARGARITA In a blender, place the orange juice, tequila, Agavero Orange, vanilla ice cream and ice. Blend until smooth. (optional) Run the orange slice along the rim of a margarita or stemless wine glass and dip into granulated sugar on a shallow plate. Mix the sugar with orange food color for a fun twist! Pour the blended mixture in the glass and PESTO TILAPIA WITH LINGUINE Preheat the oven to 400 F. Fill a large pot with water and season generously with salt. Bring to a boil. Lightly season each fish filet with salt and pepper, then place on a shallow baking pan. Spread the pesto over the top of each filet, about 1 TB each. Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the fish is white and flakes easily with a fork. SOY LIME FAJITA MARINADE Instructions. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, whisking until thoroughly combined. Place your meats in gallon sized ziploc bags, keeping chicken, beef and vegetables separate. Add about 2/3 c of the marinade for every 2lb of beef or about 3 chicken breasts. BAKED HOT CRAB DIP WITH BACON Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and spread evenly in a small casserole dish or cast iron pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and garnish with extra green onions or bacon, if desired. Serve warm with crostini, chips, crackers or petite toasts. SHEET PAN ROASTED MEDITERRANEAN POTATOES Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, place the potatoes, olive oil garlic, rosemary and thyme and toss until the potatoes are fully coated. Spread them in a single layer on the sheet pan and season lightly with salt. Top with the caramelized onions. Bake 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender. HOW TO CARAMELIZE ONIONS... FAST! Instructions. In a large skillet on medium low heat, heat the sugar until it melts. Add the onions and toss to coat. Sprinkle the baking soda over the onions and toss again to coat. Turn the heat up to medium-high and watch as the onions begin to sizzle and weep. SPINACH AND CHEESE STUFFED PEPPERS 15 – 20 sweet mini peppers, halved and seeded. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 4 oz freshly shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese. 1/3 c sautéed chopped fresh spinach, or frozen, thawed and squeezed dry with a paper towel. 1/2 tsp garlic salt CRISPY GARLIC GREEN BEANS Instructions. In a wok, bring about 6 cups (or enough water to cover the green beans) to a boil. Cook the green beans for 30 seconds – 1 minute, then immediately remove to an ice bath. Drain the water and fill the wok with 1/2 c. vegetable oil, or enough to fill it about 1/4″ and set to medium heat. Cook the garlic for about 1 minute,just

In a microwave safe bowl, gently melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments, stir until smooth. Shape your dough into two 10-12″ circles, places on the sheet pans, then brush the tops with olive oil, leaving about 1″ around the edges for the crust. You can either roll the edges to create a thicker crust or leave as is. Set aside to rise for 10 minutes. On each pizza, spread about 1/2 SHEET PAN ROASTED MEDITERRANEAN POTATOES Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, place the potatoes, olive oil garlic, rosemary and thyme and toss until the potatoes are fully coated. Spread them in a single layer on the sheet pan and season lightly with salt.
