BLUEBERRY OAT BARS
Method. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Add the oats, flour, baking powder and 3/4’s of the desiccated coconut to a bowl. Give it a good stir that make a well in the middle and add in the coconut oil, bananas, maple syrup, egg and vanilla. I don’t know about you, but with summer in full swing, for us, every day is different. Some days, especially when the weather is gorgeous outside, or we are busy running in a million different directions, the last thing I have time to do is spend all day in the kitchen preppingand cooking meals.
BABY LED WEANING EGG MUFFINS Method. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC. Whisk together the eggs and milk until they are light and fluffy. Use the butter to lightly coat a muffin tin then, divide the mixture equally into a muffin tin. They should all be roughly half filled. Finely chop the spinach and pepper and quarter the cherry tomatoes. RECIPE FOR COLCANNON BITES- BABY LED FEEDING Method. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC ( 350ºF) Cut the baby potatoes in half and gently scoop out the potato into a bowl leaving the outside shell intact. Place all the potato skins on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and set aside.BLUEBERRY OAT BARS
