Since 1976, Bay Cove’s Early Intervention (EI) program has served children under three years of age, who are developmentally delayed, or have a known disabling condition, or are at risk of developmental delays due to biological or environmental factors. Our Mission. Bay Cove Human Services partners with people to overcome challenges and realize personal potential. OUR COMMITMENT. To carry out the Bay Cove mission by providing individualized and compassionate services for people facing the challenges associated with developmental disabilities, mental illness, homelessness, aging-related needs and/or drug and alcohol addiction.
