Many different gorgeous recipes on this page that does not have a limit what so ever in terms of cuisine, culture, diet's etc. SOY MARINATED RAMEN EGGS Instructions. Put the water, mirin, soy sauce, chilli and honey on a pot or pan, then bring to a boil. As soon as the marinade starts boiling, turn the heat off and set aside. Get a big bowl of water and fill it with at least 2 big handfuls of ice. EASY BAILEYS IRISH COFFEE RECIPE Baileys Irish Coffee. Heat a glass mug in the microwave for about 30-40 seconds, just to get it nice and warm. Add the brown sugar to the glass, then add the coffee, filling the mug a bit more than 3 qaurters of the way up. Stir the coffee until the sugar is completelydissolved.
SEARED SALMON SUSHI NIGIRI Get some of the rice in the palm of your hand and firmly shape the rice into a small rectangular log. Then, carefully drape a slice of your salmon over the top. The more you practice this the better you get. (This step is optional) Once you have shaped all of your sushi nigiri, you can then sear the top of the salmon with a blow torch.SNAPPPER CROQUETTES
Discard the rest. Wash the pot and put it back on the stove on medium heat. Add your butter, once it has melted and starts to bubble, add your chopped onions and sweat for about 2-3 minutes. Add your flour, stir through and cook the paste for a few minutes. Start adding your milk bit by bit stirring on each occasion. ARANCINI BALLS RECIPE WITH TOMATO AND RED PEPPER DIPPING Dipping sauce (optional) Put the tinned tomatoes, red peppers, red chili, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper in a blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth then transfer to a pot. Alternatively, if you don't have a blender, you could just put all the ingredients in the pot and use a hand blender instead. DELICIOUS, TENDER BRAISED PORK CHEEKS Instructions. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 F). If your pork cheeks have a lot of fat surrounding the meat, trim most of it off because your dish will end up being too greasy. Put the flour in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add your pork cheeks and coat them in the flour. GOLDEN, CRISPY ZUCCHINI FRITTERS RECIPE Instructions. Put the grated zucchini in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Leave for 10 minutes so the salt starts extracting the moisture. Meanwhile, whisk the egg, the stock, the ground coriander and a good pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. 5 MINUTE AIOLI IN A FOOD PROCESSOR Instructions. Prepare your food processor with the blade attachment. Crack your egg in the food processor, then add your Dijon mustard and your garlic clove. Put the lid on, and start blitzing. As the mixture is processing, slowly add your oil. Don't add the oil too fast or else the mayonnaise can split. HUNGARIAN MÁTRAI BORZASKA (BY HOLY WHISK) This is a recipe created by a woman called Reka who runs Holy Whisk Blog and let me tell you, she is one heck of a food blogger. This is a dish that goes back to her roots, Hungary. A cuisine that I have never tried until now. It is a first, but it certainly won’t be the last. I remember not long ago, Reka asked me for blogging advice, and I CREAMY SPINACH AND COURGETTE PASTA Bring that water to a rolling boil, then add your pasta. Boil for 8-9 minutes (once the pasta is almost cooked, scoop out some of the pasta water with a mug). Once the pasta is cooked, drain it. Put your sour cream, stock and cornflour in a small pot, and then whisk the ingredients together. QUICK & EASY BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE RECIPE Next, slowly and gently add your cream and stir through until well combined. Bring the sauce to a boil, then as soon as it's boiling bring the heat down to a gentle simmer. Let the sauce bubble for about 5 minutes until you have a nice saucy consistency. Keep an eye on the sauce, making sure it doesn't bubble over. EASY SMOKY AND SPICY PULLED PORK RECIPE Instructions. Pre-heat your oven to 140 degrees Celsius (285 degrees F) Mix all of the ingredients for the dry rub together in a bowl, then rub as much of it over the pork as you can. Put the onion, garlic, thyme, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, balsamic vinegar and cornflour in an oven-proof pot. PAN-SEARED DUCK BREAST ON RISOTTO Cook the duck for 5 minutes, remove from the oven then let the duck rest for a couple of minutes. While your waiting, just re-heat your risotto and get it ready to serve. Use a fork to whisk the egg and milk together in a bowl. Use some kitchen paper to quickly dab the fish just to get rid of some of the moisture. Dip your fish fillets in the egg mixture, then transfer them to the bowl with the polentamixture.
