DONATE TO BLACK WOMEN FOR WELLNESS Black Women for Wellness is a 22 year old organization - Grown and sexy! We're keeping an ear to the ground via our many programs such as Sisters@Eight (our community meeting held once a month sharing hot topics and local news), Kitchen Divas (Our weekly classes on healthy cooking and living), focus groups, listening sessions, and also being a community resource and catalyst. Here is Janette Robinson Flint sharing her insights as the Executive Director and founder of BlackWomen for Wellness.
Though Black women raise the bar with our work, less than .06 % of giving goes to women - not just Black women, women's organizations - YOU can help change that by giving to Black Women for Wellness or another women's organization - we fight hard for health and well being, social justice, civil rights and when we win - we all win - so your dollars count here in a meaningful way. PS DO SHARE - share our post, our links, our work with your friends, colleagues, social media stalkers (you know those folks who never say anything but like you or lurk on your page), associates, moneyed friends, family and yes even those folks who may have disappeared for quite a while from your feed. You can easily donate by heading over to our PAYPAL GIVING FUND @ HTTPS://WWW.PAYPAL.COM/FUNDRAISER/CHARITY/1596959 ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE Our research investigates health issues that indicate estheticians and stylists are at higher risks of developing, such as cancer, immune disorders, uterine fibroids and miscarriages.Read More
