The three women who were in the Fiesta were all taken to hospital. Mr France’s body were found in the remains of a fire in Wentwood Forest – he had been shot and dismembered in an effort to conceal his identity. The former head of the Criminal Investigation Department CAERPHILLY UNEMPLOYMENT RATE ABOVE WELSH AVERAGE The latest ONS data shows that 5.2% of people aged between 16 and 64 and actively looking for a job were unemployed in Caerphilly in 2018 – around 5,000 people.
